Recommended Usage
• Recommended use on training days: As a dietary supplement, if you exercise for less than or equal to 1 hour per training session, mix 1 scoop with approximately 300ml of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately prior to your workout and consume during training.
• If you exercise for more than 1 hour per training session, mix 2 scoops with approximately 600ml of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately prior to your workout and consume during training.
