Recommended Usage
• Bodyweight chart:
Up to 55kg approx - 1 scoop/hr
Approx 55-70kg - 1,5 scoops/hr
Approx 70-86kg - 2 scoops/hr
Approx 86+kg - 2,5 scoops/hr
• The One-Hour Bottle (for supported training/racing): Mix suggested # of scoops for bodyweight (see above) in a 475-700ml water bottle. Consume one bottle hourly.
• The Multi-Hour Bottle (ultra convenient): Multiply # of scoops for bodyweight (see above) by number of hours training/racing. Mix in large water bottle and sip every 15-20 minutes. Consume 475-830ml of plain water from separate source.
• Gel or Paste (highest volume - least space): Mix Perpetuem and minimal water to create pancake batter-like consistency. Put in small flask and sip. Consume 475-830ml of plain water from separate source.
