Directions

• Mix 2 heaped scoops with 250ml of cold water and drink 10 minutes before training.

• Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start off by using 1 heaped scoop.

• Do not exceed more than 4 scoops within 24-hours.

Blueberry Flavour

Mix one rounded scoop (approx. 10 g) with 200 ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes before training.

Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start using ½ a rounded scoop to assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than 2 scoops within a 24-hour period.
