Recommended Usage
• As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of AminoCell in 175 to 300ml of cold water.
• For best results sip 1 serving during intense exercise and another serving after intense exercise.
• AminoCell may also be used in place of a protein shake when dieting as it contains high amounts of Branched Chain Amino Acids (without all the calories).
• Due to the potent nature of this product we recommend using AminoCell for no longer than a 16 week "on" cycle followed by at least 2 weeks "off" period before supplementing with AminoCell again.
