Recommended Usage
• As a dietary supplement, add one heaping scoop of Gold Standard 100% Egg to a glass filled with 300-350ml of cold water, milk or your favourite beverage. Mix with a spoon for about 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
• Alternatively, add one heaping scoop of Gold Standard 100% Egg to your shaker cup filled with 300-350ml of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for about 25-30 seconds.
• Suggested use: Consume approximately 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.
