I have to say this product is very good.It's Gaspari so you dont have to question it. Firstly the taste is excellent,there is no product on the market currently that taste this good and mixes so well.

It is very effective, I battle to pass the 82kg but with this it was very easy.I have managed to pick up 4 kg in a month.

The only downside about this product is the quantity that you need to drink for it to work.I went through the big tub in 4 weeks.So it can get expensive.

So the verdict:If you need to pick up wight quickly and money is no problem then this is the perfect product for you. (Posted on 6/3/11)

Hi all...

I'm a seasoned supplement user. I've used tons of supplements over the years and some have been good some have been bad, then there's the few that are super good or super bad.

This one unfortunately for me is super bad, possibly the fact that I bought the strawberry flavour. It gives me a head ache every time I drink it, it tastes horrible and it makes me nauseous and stuffs up my entire food intake for the day because I feel so crappy after drinking it that I have to physically force feed myself my cooked food for the day due to the fact that I'm just not in the mood for any sort of eating after having a serving of this stuff, I'm a competing athlete and you can imagine how this messes with my progress.

So needless to say I'm a bit annoyed that it cost so much and is basically a waste. I am going to have to throw the rest away and buy something else, I have half a tub left.

If you buy, try the chocolate or vanilla flavour, stay far away from the strawberry flavour. I'm officially off strawberry, absolutely no one seems to be able to get strawberry right, I am yet to meet a supplement company that knows how to accurately synthesize strawberry. When they say strawberry milkshake flavour I expect it to taste like strawberry milkshake. Go to wimpy, order a strawberry milkshake and taste...THAT is what strawberry milkshake tastes like, what Gaspari has tried to achieve here is definitely some sort of sweet something but its highly arguable as to whether it nears strawberry or strawberry milkshake for that matter.

Quite a smooth protein shake, mixed easily and felt light on the stomach.
