At this price for 5kg of protein its really good!it tastes great and has a good amino acid profile.

Unfortunately as with most bulking products of this nature the protein is not the highest quality,but all round a good product and worth the money! (Posted on 5/6/12)

MRP, didn’t see any difference in muscle physique. I adjusted by adding 20g whey protein -muscle did increase but not really worth it. Rather consider whey protein alone with a fruit instead of this. Too much bloat. Waist line does increase and you do get mild runs (Posted on 5/3/12)
