I've been surfing around just looking for a great whey product available in SA and it seems Syntha-6 is the iron clad benchmark and it seems XPI Myotein is not available in our fantastic South Africa. The main reason I submit this note is to affirm my shortlisted Syntha-6 choice and to say "Wow" I love the quality of South African product reviews (in the sense of literature and just pure sense), I sometimes buy from out of the country electronics and so on, all the blogs have nothing on this review blogs class. Pricey? Yes.. But worth every cent. Taste is amazing, you actually want to have another one after you finish a serving! and not because you are still hungry or need extra protein, but because it tastes SO great! Gives you great high quality protein. trust me, rather save up for this than waste your money on cheaper knock-offs.

BSN Syntha-6 is one of the best protein products available on the market. It tastes great and is packed with high quality protein. I did suffer from a slight bit of bloating when I took it but I suffer from bloating after most proteins. I stacked this with BSN Nitrix and got great results. I tried Syntha 6 when I was trying to flatten my abs, but still get in loads of good protein.
Kept a lot of my muscle gains, no bloating and mixes sooo easily.
You can drink it with some milk (I used fat free) for some extra calories.
Tastes even better than True Mass, and that's saying ALOT!!

Chocolate peanut butter is by far the best flavour i think iv ever tasted from any brand, at times i wanted to have it outside my planned nutritional schedule just as a desert or a treat. Iv noticed much more leaner mass gains, much better when combined with the right nutrition than any of the mass shakes out there. BSN delivers yet again. (Posted on 4/5/11)
