I gave this product a try, and i must say I was very disappointed with the results.
There was just a little bit of energy nothing major, and it wears off even while you still gyming and after drinking it as post workout it still doesnt give you any results.

Recovery is also very weak.
Pumps not good at all only lasts only for 30 min.
I am giving mine away, what a waste of money.

Gives you excellent focus and energy to train, also seems to make me perspire a bit more compared to SSN N.O Crea Pump which is good for toning! The taste could be better (Orange) but will try the Grape next, as the product does what it says on the package. (Posted on 11/14/11)

I've bought a few post last month, this month I've got two more orders. I've tested this product myself, and it is very good, endurance, stamina and pump. The nice thing about it is you don't feel bloated, like i felt when i used Ganic F and the taste of Sledge is very nice on the taste buds. I will recommend this to anyone looking for an effective pre and post workout, I've tried to use it while I'm training and it did not do too well. I'd rather stick to pre and post workout, it will also last you longer not using it during training.

After two days of use, I could lift up heavier than before, without feeling any soreness after training and the next day it didn't even felt I trained hard the previous day.

this stuff is great with a xtra serving of whey mixed in for post workout. great for some solid gains. ingredient profile will back me up :)

I enjoy supplements SA products as I feel that their prices are reasonable and that their products deliver great results!
And I was not disappointing by sledgehammer. As an intra - workout it assists with energy and great pumps. The taste is in a similar mould to ganic so don't expect anything incredible.
Definately worth a try and my intra - workout of choice.
However a a post - workout I would recommend SSN's crea mass ahead of sledgehammer due to the taste and fullness of muscles while using it. (Posted on 3/31/11)
