taste is not so good , but reasonable it does give a minor tingling sensation abt 15 min after nothing too hectic. I haven't noticed any sleep improvements as yet but my muscles seemed to recover quickly after exercising don't know if its the hgh or glutamine or both that resulted in this. I started taking it on 04/11/2011. So far I only noticed tingles about 10-15min after taking it. I do feel quite drained during the day. Not sure if this has anything to do with the HGH. This stuff is insane. After ten minutes I get the most hectic tingling sensation in my muscles... My vascularity increases big time. I trained my legs on the Sunday, i was stiff for four days afterwards, the muscles which were stiff after taking hgh, became extremely warm for some reason, felt great! Slept very very well and I still woke up string for morning sessions of cardio.. Overall probably my favorite supplement so far! About halfway through my bottle now. The tingles and shortness of breath shortly after dosing are quite a high. Sleep is MUCH deeper, and it also assists me in falling asleep. You will wake up miff if you don't get enough sleep, but it generally improves energy levels in the mornings.Effectiveness Taste Price
The gains from my other supps have been good, but since I have started HGH 550 my gains have improved. My muscles are not only gaining lean mass but improving in shape, consistency and are looking much more cut.
It is virtually tasteless, your water will have a very slight chemical taste but you don't even notice it after the 3rd of 4th serving.
Only thing that makes me cautious about this product is a reduction in sex drive, hormones are things you shouldn't really meddle with. I cannot pin-point it to this product, but the time line does. (Posted on 6/14/11) - Sleep Review by Deezo

- I have not used the product yet, but after consulting a lot of sources, I can confidently say that this stuff is incredible. It is not really a supplement but a natural amino acid that occurs in the brain. It helps induce deep sleep, increase the production of growth hormone which helps with muscle growth, induces relaxation and increases energy levels. (Posted on 1/25/11)
