After first week upped the dosage as my body got used to the intensity... went to 3 scoops and struggled to maintain a pump... may seem good value for money but would much rather have spent another R150 for jack3d and even more for Superpump (Posted on 5/15/12)

3DT doesn't taste great. It's not unbearable, but both the mango and grape flavours are a let down. It's not as effective as Jack3d but cost less, and has similar ingredients (including the 1, 3 DMAA). It works well as a pre-workout supplement and will give you a great stimulant boost if you get your dose correct. Definitely worth a try! (Posted on 5/8/12)

I do think that people are a bit harsh when it comes to the taste; it tastes unpleasant but its drinkable. As for cost its definitely worth it of you're on a tight budget and it's pretty effective. (Posted on 5/1/12)

I am a bit on the lazy side at the gym. Usually 1 hour and I am done. 3DT tends to encourage a longer stay at the gym. I am now lifting heavier weights and feel just great after a good workout. It is a real value for money product. (Posted on 4/30/12)

This product is great for beginners (like myself) felt a great pump. Mix this with good protein and a healthy diet and you should get an awesome pump and a little gain. Definitely going to buy it again (Posted on 3/30/12)

This pre-workout is amazing. I had no jitters, good strength gains and great focus and determination! I really recommend this product for newbies that don't do professional sport because of the banned substance in it! Great product for the price.definitely give it a try! (Posted on 3/27/12)
