Used this along with Jack3d and Myofusion protein works like a charm.
Better than other pre/during supplements as it also contains BCAA and Protein to assist with recovery and minimal carbs to keep the abs flat while packing on those precious muscle mass we all battle for.
Had good gains using this combination taste however could be better stay clear from Bubblegum its to Sweet (Posted on 11/9/11)
