Its hard to say whether this product really works that great.. The taste is awesome when mixed with milk/water combo. Haven't really gained on it but that might be because I'm stingy with the servings as its pricey and only contains about 30servings.. So used twice a day it will last about two weeks which is hard on a budget (Posted on 9/22/10)

The carb:protien ratio is great. I gained a solid 3KGs with no creatine.

Mixes well with water, tastes best with milk. I do however recommend a large shaker as the servings are large and the powder is thick. (Posted on 4/26/10)

I found that this product helped me recover allot faster from session to session, works even better when combined with an N.O booster and multivitamens and of course a strenious training program. The reason why i like it so much is that it is not thinned out by soy protein which so many protein brands does these days and then just add enough whey or other ingredients advertised on their product to get lable claims, i rate this product 8 ou of 10!
