- This product gives a great pump and a good amount of energy and endurance to finish tough workouts, it didn't make me stronger but it definitely boosts endurance and tastes delicious, a bit expensive per serving, about R17 (Posted on 3/29/11)

- I've only bought one bottle and can truly say that it's one of the best intra-workout supplements I've used because it gave me a great pump, especially with my back and chest workouts, and it helped me push trough those exceptionally heavy sets. The only downside is the fact that you only get 20 servings and it's quite expensive but if you've got the bucks I strongly recommend it !!! (Posted on 7/7/10)
