I was using this as my post workout shake mixed with dextrose and raw whey. Had decent size and strength gains and was not disappointed. Its the only creatine supp i use. I use a container and then off for 6 weeks and repeat.

the product is well priced and there are alot of servings per container
the grape flavour does not taste to gr8
i got good strength gains
i got stomach cramps and it made me feel bit sick at times

I have used many products before and almost all of the had good results. Storm really disappointed me! I will never use this product again. I expected good results for the price and all the creatine ext. but I didn't see any results and also never gave me any energy in the gym I almost quit working out because of this poor product... but now I've gone back to my roots of supplements and gyming gate again! This really is a top class creatine. Started using it a couple weeks back, 4 to be exact. I've picked up more or less 4Kgs and me strength has gradually increased. If you only use it after your workouts it'll last you 80 workouts which is worth your money. Definite supplement in my cupboard from now on. (Posted on 8/23/10)
