Recommended Usage
• Add 1½ scoops (approx 40 g) to 400 to 500 ml water, shake vigorously and begin sipping on approximately 30 minutes before your workout. Continue to shake intermittently to prevent settling of ingredients.
• Consume half the serving before commencing training and the balance within the first half of your workout session. Alternatively use as directed by your fitness advisor.
