Recommended Usage
• Endurance Athletes - Before & during exercise: Mix half to 1 serving (1/2 - 1 scoop) into your endurance drink, water or diluted fruit juice. Start sipping 20 minutes before training/race and sip throughout. After Exercise: Mix a second serving (1 level scoop) with your favourite recovery drink and drink immediately after your training session or race for optimal muscle recovery.
• Weight Training Athletes -Mix one serving (1 level scoop) with your favourite protein drink, meal replacement shake or sports drink any time of the day to increase your total amino acid intake. Before & During Exercise : Mix one serving into your favourite (pre-workout) drink and sip throughout your workout. After Exercise: Mix one serving into your recovery drink/protein shake and drink immediately after training.
• Weight Training Athletes Of 100kg-Plus: Mix two servings (2 scoops) with your favourite protein drink, meal replacement shake or sports drink any time of the day to increase your total amino acid intake. Before Exercise: Mix one serving (1 scoop) with your preferred pre-workout drink 30-40 minutes before your workout.
