Manufacturer’s Description
The most beneficial and effective supplements in any sports nutrition programme are branch Chain amino Acids (BCAA’s). These are the essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. The combination of these three essential amino acids make up approximately 1/3 skeletal muscle in the human body, and plays an important role in protein synthesis, and thus muscle growth and repair.
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and is arguable the most important single amino acid involved in the process of building muscle tissue and gaining strength.
L-Citrulline Malate may enhance the natural production of Nitric Oxide (NO), whilst increasing natural L-Arginine levels and promoting aerobic energy production as well as post-training recovery – a reduction in the sensation of fatigue has been proven with reduced levels of lactic acid and ammonia quite evident. Beta-Alanine promotes this reduction in fatigue and increase in aerobic energy to an even greater extent, whilst also increasing anaerobic energy, muscular strength and power output.
The patented Vitargo® and High-Molecular Weight Waxy maize Starch have been added to the carbohydrate blend to drastically accelerate glycogen reload during and after training and event participation. Simply put, this is the most effective intra-workout product available to guarantee the active individual a longer, harder training session with ease, rapid recovery and increase energy.
Recommended Usage
Training Days:
• Mix 1-2 servings (1-2 rounded scoops/36-72g) into 500-700ml of cold water immediately prior to your workout and consume during training.
• Take another serving (1 scoop) directly after training.
Non-Training Days:
• Mix 1 serving (1 rounded scoop/36g) into approximately 400-500ml of cold water upon waking.
• Take BCAA Vitargo on a daily basis the hypertrophic effect during the muscle building process.
