- Works but...This shake is great for weight gain. In a week (2x daily) I could see a huge difference and people noticed to. I was mainly using this to gain weight after I lost a ton from breast feeding.
What I didn't like though was how sweet it is. I don't like sugar, I don't drink milkshake; don't eat ice cream and my choice of chocolate is a jungle bar, so that should tell you how much I don't like sugar.
It was hard to swallow by the third day and I ended up hating it.

- chocolatei bought this brand for the 1st time in october of 2021, went with the chocolate, i did notice that it help me with gaining mass the issue that i do have is its very sweet and the after taste, i also tried adding only 2 scoops but then it would be very weak,
its is a good mass gainer but if you can look past the taste.

- New to NutriTechI first bought X2 Hulk Gainer 4kg (peanut butter & monster mashmellow), gave one to my gym freak cousin then tried the peanut butter flav, for me they didn't quite get that peanut butter taste so I bought 3kg Nutritech Whey Protein Cookies & cream Gelato of which taste very nice.

My only problem with this current version: Too much creatine, especially for those at 50-75kg bwt taking a full serving.
What about those who are allergic to creatine? It's not hard to find a creatine supplement. The full serving is 5000 mg of creatine. I won't dare take a full serving... unless I wanna experience a muscle tearing sensation.
