How can I pay at Supplement World?

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard credit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or you can make a Cash Deposit into our account.

For EFT and Cash Deposit payments, once you order the products you will receive an order # and our banking details in a confirmation email. Use the order # as the payment reference when you make the payment from your online banking or when you go to the bank for the cash deposit.

Please send us the proof of payment so that we can send out your parcel as soon as possible. Once your payment or proof of payment has been received, your order will be sent out.

What if I forget to give the order # or the wrong order# in the payment?

Not to worry! Our staff are trained to match payments with previous order numbers or when no order number is provided. There may be a delay or we may contact you just to confirm the payment.

How long do I have to pay before my order is cancelled?

Three (3) days from the date of the order. If we haven't received your payment after three (3) days we will cancel the order and re-stock the products.

What about credit card fraud?

Supplement World takes fraud very seriously. We do comprehensive checks on suspected fraudulent orders before they are shipped.

If purchasing for the first time at Supplement World and you use a credit card, your bank may contact you to verify that you made the transaction or we may ask for a copy of the card used to make the transaction.

All fraudulent orders will be cancelled and reported to the SAPS, supplying them with the shipping and order details.
