- The best known by meI have used it, you get what you need, but they should increase proteins to 50g, why they keep 45g for many years, but highly recommended by me ????????????????

- Good valueThe price for this compared to the amount of protein you get is good. This will last a long time.
The taste is a bit strong/overwhelming so I recommend upping the liquids or lowering the amount of shake used if you also experience that.
