Vitatech Vitamin D3 contains cholecalciferol which is the recommended form of Vitamin D.
Each serving provides the more effective dose of 1000 IU per tablet.
As Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, take a serving with a meal containing fats or together with a fish oil supplement like Vitatech Omega 3.
