- Mixed ReviewThis product in theory can assist with recovery and strength but I felt more benefit from taking less tablets more spaced apart. Had digestion problems when taking the full dosage continually.

- MixedPrice is decent for what you are getting.Initially started with 3 tablets and had digestion problems. Didn't notice too much in terms of the strength and recovery but I did feel better and felt as though I underwent a detox. Tablets are quite large but are capsules so no real taste. Effectiveness is mixed, 2 or 1 may be the way to go with this product.

- DecentThis product is easy to digest and does not taste like anything. Have found it harder to wake up in the morning but feel more well rested. The zinc also benefits your skin.
In terms of recovery have not seen too much of a benefit. Price vs. quantity is very good. 60 Servings for about R380.

- Good for muscle recovery, but not convinced about deep sleepI've used this product for 1 month and found that the recovery effects were apparent after 1 week. My legs and chest especially benefited, as without the product the muscle soreness lasted ~4 days and since using it the soreness is drastically reduced after 2 days (did not change my legs/chest routines since using it, btw). I was a bit disappointed that I did experience the same 'deep sleep' as everyone else who has reviewed this product claim, but I can let that go since the reduced muscle soreness is what really matters.

- Does what it says!This product helped me a lot with my recovery.Without this product I could only go to the gym 3-4 times a week with a good hard 1 - 1.5 hour workouts. Using this I could easily go to the gym 5 days a week without any stiffness or sore muscles.
The bonus with Optimum Nutrition ZMA is the sleep.You sleep much deeper and feel fresh the next morning with only a few hours of sleep behind you. Just take 3 tablets before you go to sleep.
I would definitely recommend this for serious weight lifters.

- Acne and nightmaresI have read a lot of stories about ZMA causing acne. I suffer a lot from acne and in the first two weeks this product has given me a lot of "karbonkels", but it seems like the Zinc has just got rid of all the junk in my blood because the last two to three weeks I haven't had any acne problems especially on my face. If this is the norm I'm definitely gonna stick to this product (touch wood)
And yea...the dream thing is true...I forgot how it felt to dream...until I started using ZMA. I do have the odd nightmare now and again....some of them may win academy awards...if I can just remember them.

- Knock out!What puts me off this product is that they recommend taking this product on a relatively empty stomach. Unfortunately us gym rats need to eat the whole time and it leaves little place for NOT EATING. Anyways, I decided to abide by the rules and this thing knocked me out six love. I don't battle to sleep so the effects were a little more amplified than most users. Woke up the next morning to find my television stolen along with other electronics. I slept through the whole thing!

- Deep sleepI've been hooked on zma for a year now....never had trouble sleeping but zma just makes me sleep really deep. Even though ON ZMA is more expensive, the quantity of capsules you need to take with the USN ZMA is a lot more so the bottle lasts less long. I also don't enjoy swallowing 4-5 capsules when I can get the same quantity of ingredients with 2 capsules from optimum nurition.
