BULKING
• Take 4 capsules (one serving) 20 minutes before a meal containing at least 50 – 100 grams of carbohydrates.
• Once in the morning and again in the evening for a total of 8 capsules per day.
CUTTING PHASE
• Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before a meal containing at least 15 grams of carbohydrates.
• You can repeat this further 3 times for 6 capsules in total throughout the day.
