• Mix ±1 scoop (11g) with 300-400ml water in a handheld shaker, leave to stand for 30 seconds before drinking.
• Sip before and during a training session.
• Another serving (11g) can be taken after a strenuous training session.
• A double serving (±2 scoops with 600-800 ml water) may be consumed once tolerance has been established.
Consult your physician before using this product if you are taking any medications or under a physician’s care for a medical condition. Not for use by those under the age of 18, women that are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day. High levels of free-form amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage if this occurs, or else discontinue. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

- PleasantI would recommend mixing this to,about 600 ml of Water instead 300 to 400.It will be way to sweet for most people, at that amount of water.
The unicorn flavour taste I can't describe...
The flavour is not bad,but it is very sweet.
Ingredients is fantastic for a change from USN...
I feel very alert after taking this, but has no stimulants which is nice.
Overall not bad at all
