• Mix 2 heaped scoops with 200 ml of cold water and blend.
• Serving sizes vary according to personal preference.
• Serving size and number of daily servings can be adjusted to meet individual protein requirements.
NIGHT TIME DESSERT
• Mix 2 heaped scoops (approx 30 g) in a bowl, slowly add water or milk until it forms a thick pudding-like consistency, refrigerate for five minutes and consume.
Individuals who have pre-existing medical conditions or who are using mediation should consult with their healthcare practitioner prior to use. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or under the age of 18 years. Discontinue use if any adverse symptoms are experienced while using this product. Sufficient protein is provided in healthy, well-balanced meals.
NPL have changed the packaging and name from Micellar Casein to Casein Slow Release. What has changed?
The name and new look packaging.
Is the formulation the same?
Yes. The formulation remains unchanged with the main active ingredient still being Micellar Casein.

The texture is drinkable as it is not extremely thick like other caseins and it also has a relatively nice but sweet taste (I had the chocolate flavour). Recovery is very fast with this product. Well worth the price.
