ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Contains no common allergens.
• Take 2 capsules per serving.
• Use a serving twice a day.
• Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.
• Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before breakfast and again 20 minutes before lunch.
• Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
ASSESS TOLERANCE
• Day 1: Take 1 capsule once daily.
• Days 2-3: Take 2 capsules once daily.
• Day 4-beyond: As above.

- TermoTech Burn 8I waited to review this as I have been using for two months now. Definitely less side affects as the others. I experienced no dizziness and nauseousness like with others. I also get less anxious and irritated like with some other fat burners. Definitely works well with a controlled calorie intake and LOTS of water. Will highly recommend.
