- Bullseye! I've tried a whole gamut of products from the big names, from whey to gainer. I pretty much know what to expect from each product line whether I'm cutting, bulking or maintaining.
In Evolve Nutrition Muscle Grow I've found *the* mass gainer for me. Mixes well, tastes amazing! I got the variety pack and all three flavours are fire. Zero bloating, so I don't dread drinking it. Instead, I'm restraining myself from over-indulging.
I was a little skeptical about the exclusion of creatine, but I'm actually making good lean muscle gains with this "clean" gainer + a combo of running, jump rope, power twisting, ab rolling, pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, and other bodyweight exercises and weight training (dumbbells, barbell). I believe that the secret is in the balanced protein to carbs ratio, as well as the blend of high quality proteins including casein for longer-lasting muscle synthesis. I may try taking creatine with this down the road just to see how that goes, but right now I'm a happy camper \( ﾟ◡ﾟ)/
Evolve Nutrition have done a stellar job here. For me, this is the pinnacle of gainers.

- I have no idea why this is given good taste reviews. I ordered the strawberry based on other reviews, but it is FAR too sweet. It tastes like an artificial strawberry syrup, yuck! If mixed with water it is runny and takes ages of shaking to blend.

- I am so happy with this product, I was struggling to find a quality mass gainer without any creatine in it. I first bought the 2.5 kg strawberry flavour then afterwards I bought the 5kg. The tastes is so good, I thought I'd be tired of it by now but it tastes just as good as the first time. I'm really impressed. - FANTASTIC product, fantastic results. I find that taking a few half measure servings to be optimal for me. Price point for the 2.5 kg could be improved however the 5 kg is spot on. Sugar content is perfect & it tastes great.

- Amazing product, carb to protein ratio is to the T. Excellent as a meal replacement if you're going for muscle gain while shredding, the protein overload in each serving is amazing for ensuring you get all the protein you need in a day, used mine 3xdaily at 3 hour intervals paired with a 6g creatine split between the 3 servings for an amazing constant pump while also helping you control hunger without the constant hunger and tiredness you get from a calorie deficet diet, massive energy all day when taken correctly. However do a check on weighing out your own serving sizes with a proper scale, the nutrient table suggests 4xheaped scoops = 110g, but when weighed 4 heaped scoops actually equals to 160g be sure to check your intakes and serving sizes to prevent unwanted weight gain. 10/10 would do it again
