- Have to agree with Iron man, taste ain’t great, and I will try sipping as I also experience digestive issues. Could be the milk tho for me. But haven’t finished it yet will continue to test. As for recovery seems to work really well. Feel very fresh the next day and ready to gym hard so for its purpose it’s good but the concerns and a steep price in my mind.

- I tried this as an alternative to SSN Cytoguard. Cherry bomb, taste is not very good. Sip cause if you gulp huge amounts you gonna end up with gas in the gym and the runs on the way home- could be all the sugar.
However, its works pretty well for me & I'm on GVT and its doing the job.
Value wise, its not the best out there - way better formulas but at a premium price.
works on a month to month budget.
