Directions
Mix 1 scoop (33 grams) into 200 - 300ml of cold water.
For an optimal 52 grams protein dose, mix 2 scoops into 400 - 600ml.
Mix in a shaker or blender for 30 to 40 seconds.
Take one serving (1 scoop) 30 - 45 minutes before workouts and a second double serving (2 scoops) immediately after.
On non-training days/rest days, take a double serving (2 scoops) on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast and a second serving in-between lunch and dinner.
Note that the added herbal ingredients may leave a slight texture.

Unsatisfied 
Sweet, bad after taste, very little muscle gain. Only a growing tummy and a nauseous feeling. At this point I'd rather go back to Biogen mass gainer.. Better taster and better gains than this so called premium whey. Truly bought this product with high expectations but not anymore.

It's a scam. High in sugar, less protein. 
Not ideal product for high protein low carb supplement, I am highly sensitive to sugar and this product is doing the trigger. No lean gains, water retention due to high sugar content.

Dishonesty
It is definitely a tasty protein powder. I had two issues though. Firstly, this website ad clearly states in big red words, and I quote, "USN have reduced the size from 2kg to 1.8kg. Vanilla is the new 1.8kg size, the rest of the flavours are 2kg."
 
 However, I ordered chocolate and it came in a 1.8kg size, essentially robbing me of 200grams/6 servings.
 
 Secondly, this product gave me some gyno. I don't take any other supplements or gear or anything, so it has to be this product that caused it. Only other thing I use is creatine. So they're clearly being dishonest about the ingredients in the product if it can cause gyno.

Poor Performance
I am using this product for 5 weeks now. This is really just an average protein supplement. I am gaining very little on muscle and strength. Maybe I am the exception, but certainly will not buy it again.

Makes me nauseous 
It works for my body, can see the gains. However i feel nauseous during my gym session and burp a lot with the taste of the shake. If I don’t use it before a session I don’t have an issue. I take it within the specified time frame and have tried an hour before, no difference.

Best Whey!! 
I'm on my 3rd Tub. I've noticed a MAJOR difference when using this in conjunction with a PROPER DIET! I train 3 times a week and run once or twice. Mix this with Glutamine, have a good diet and workout routine and you are sorted. I have a crazy lifestyle and don't follow my plan always, so imagine if I do... This product is great...

I’ve tried a number of whey proteins from SSN to Evox to USN, this product the Tex flavor to be specific was my worst. That product leaves your stomach feeling so full. Tastes ok, but way to heavy on the stomach.

 And like all the others they also have crap fillers in here, but omg the Rocky road flavor is good!!!!

Started weight training+ a clean diet in early Sept.Used different types of protein powders at different times throughout this period but since I bought a 2kg tub of this last month the gains are definitely more noticeable and body fat also down a bit.Will buy another tub this month and see wether the gains are down to the product or to my natural progression :)

Great Product All Around

Best bang for the buck Whey P-Shake available! 
This is an absolute winner boys... If you have trouble with recovery and stiffness after workouts this is a great help! Keeps you full even though it can sometimes get a little sweet... Personally just down it. Gives me gas but that is the only con... Ultimately Pro's all the way! Absolutely recommend!

Good value for money
At this price, taking into account the ingredient matrix, I'd say this product is worth while to buy. I have been working out for about a month, and taking one scoop before workout and two scoops after. I have increased in mass from 88kg to about 95kg and my muscles look much 'fuller'. Tastes terrible to me (Dutch Choc), but i find when i add milk or mix it with porridge the taste is palatable. Overall I would recommend

great when combo with estrogen blocker
A friend recommend it to me n when i reed the label, i then combined my buy with estrogen blocker (2xbottles). I drank the protein with every meal and before and after workouts taking 4pills of estrogen block 2twice a day, got shredded in three weeks and diet is important.

Returning to the gym after a sabbatical.... Really an effective product. less sore muscles, faster recovery, good strength progress etc.
 Taste is a real treat and mixed in a shaker only and mixes well....

Best Whey Protein Ever! 
It's been 2 months since I was on USN hardcore whey and all I can say is that it's the best whey I've taken. 2KG for R500? That's one of the cheapest wheys you are getting in SA not to mention simply one of the best... Gains are solid, strength is up, and test is booming! You MUST have this product with any stack! Like I said, one of the best wheys in south Africa!

Based on the new FAO protein quality evaluation method, Hardcore gH protein has a DIAAS of 161% designated from the ratio of valine not truncated and based on the old method of PDCAAS it’s protein has a truncated score of 1.00. A single serving provides 11 grams of BCAA, 2.7 grams of creatine and based on the protein true ileal digestibility co-efficient of its whey blend a serving provides about 25 grams of digestible protein. Based on these numbers Hardcore gH does not only have high quantity and quality of protein but has a potential to complement low quality protein in the diet. And one gets all of these for about ZAR7.74 per serving or ZAR0.23 per gram of protein. While based on these numbers Hardcore gH is my preferred protein supplement it’s important to note that these numbers are not absolutes but reasonable estimates based on the available data.

Average Product
Not a big fan of USN, bought because it was on sale at some store. Its an average product compared to other whey products on the market. Won't buy this product again because the strawberry flavor has a really horrible after taste.

Great Anabolic Blend
Its the cheapest 2 kg Whey on the market and when using this and cutting out the carbs you can expects some intense vascularity... very pleased with this product.

This worked very well for me. I lost lots of body fat but maintained the same weight while dropping inches from my stomach and waist.

Creatine Cut
This product really does what it says, the only issue is the creatine, as it make me retain and drink alot more water (2ltrs), to which I am now using a diuretic to help with the release of the water trapped.
 
 Otherwise good product. USN please cut the creatine

 Avoid Belgian Chocolate
This is true for all USN protein drinks - Belgian chocolate is the worst. 
 This product was great to use. Despite being slightly difficult to mix in a shaker, it was very filling and had added some quality muscle gains (in conjunction with my high protein diet).
 
 The flavor which I had chosen was a bad choice - Belgian Chocolate. 
 I like Belgian chocolate bars. I like Belgian chocolate ice-cream. I do not like USN Belgian chocolate flavored protein shakes. This is no exception. 
 
 If you are going to this, then go for Strawberry. It is my least favorite flavor, but it will not make you dread every post-workout drink that you have to take.
