• Mix ± 2 rounded scoops (150 grams) with 250-350 ml of cold full cream milk or water.
• For Beast results mix + 4 rounded scoops (300 grams) with 500-700 ml cold full cream milk or water.
• Have 1 to 3 servings daily in-between meals or as a recovery drink post-exercise.
• Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds.
• When water is substituted with 500 ml full cream milk, the total protein content will increase with 16 g protein and 1,6g leucine.
As with all supplements, consult your physician prior to use (especially) if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant / lactating or under the age of 18. Not suitable for people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8-12 large glasses of water per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. It is essential to combine with an appropriate muscle gain training programme, as well ad eating plan**
The beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine complemented by successive bursts of short term, high intensity exercise. High intakes of free-form amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – if this prolongs, reduce dosage or discontinue. Nutritional supplements should not replace a varied diet.

- Decent! Super Sweet Though!!Works well to put on mass quick, without feeling bloated. Noticed strength increase as well with the added creatine stack.
CAUTION - Very, very sweet. Sugar per serving on the Nutrition Facts label on the website is INCORRECT. You are looking at 40+ grams of sugar per serving.
