- Fantastic flavour (chocolate cream) and it isn't super thick so it has a nice consistency that you can have with water, milk, or a smoothie

- This whey is waaay too sweet and makes me feel nauseous. It gives you too much gas in the stomach too. Too early to comment if it yields any results though.
