- Use it to meet my protein macros when I don't have enough time to make food. It is so much cheaper compared to nutritechs normal whey isolate products, AND this heavy duty even includes creatine. - Loved the results I was getting but the texture was either lumpy or grain like which made me nauseous and the vanilla wasn't too good. Great price to value ratio. Definitely worth getting if you're on a tight budget. Nothing wrong with it. Just personal preference I guess.

- One of the best tasting and most affordable protein. Chocolate Milk Flavour is the boss. Add 2 scoops of protein, 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter and 250ml of full cream milk to a blender and Boom! You've got a delicious 39 gram protein shake. My colleagues want to look like me now :)

- This is the best tasting protein powder I've had, and I've had a lot. Bought 2 tubs of Cookies n Cream, and 1 tub of Vanilla. Mix 100ml milk with 200ml water, 2.5 scoops of powder, shake it all up and you've got one heck of a great tasting drink. Just a bonus that it as 23 grams of protein and crea to top it off
