• Mix one heaped scoop (approximately 21 g) with 300 ml cold water and consume 10 minutes before training.

- This stuff is good!I have quite a high tolerance to pre-workouts, but this one I can definitely feel working. Takes a while (maybe just me?) to kick in, but I can feel the extra stamina and a definite pump happening. This is from half a serving!
