Once upon a time there were two health and fitness enthusiasts who decided that what South Africa lacks is a quality online store which fulfills every aspect of a person’s nutritional needs at a competitive price.

After wasting many Saturday afternoons buying those supplements which they couldn’t buy online in different “real” shops, they started having a dream.
