Supplementworld.co.za takes the safety and security of our customer’s information very seriously.

In order to ensure that our transactions are extremely safe and secure we have implemented a number of technological protections.

We do not store personal banking information of our customers.

How is the transaction secured?

When you Check Out, we implement the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. By looking at the address in your internet browser it will start with https://. This transfers all information in an encrypted format.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes! We do not and are not allowed to store credit card details. Every time you make a purchase from us you would have to enter your credit card details.

Do you handle the credit card processing?

No. All the interactions between ourselves and the banks take place via an authorized Payment Gateway (a financial institution specialising in online credit card processing). We use iVeri, which handles the credit card processing for Nedbank.

What about credit card fraud?

Supplement World takes fraud very seriously. We do comprehensive checks on suspected fraudulent orders before they are shipped.

If purchasing for the first time at Supplement World and you use a credit card, your bank may contact you to verify that you made the transaction.

All fraudulent orders will be cancelled and reported to the SAPS, supplying them with the shipping and order details.

Are there other forms of payment?

Yes, as an alternative to purchasing with your credit card you can pay via your Internet Banking. Simply give the order number you receive when you Check Out as your reference and we will ship your order as soon as we have received the payment.
