If you feel that it’s time to increase your overall muscle mass then you may have already tried the technique of 'hardgaining’ – which simply means eating more plates of food then you require. It can be very difficult to eat past the point of feeling full, however, and a mass gainer makes all the difference. A mass gainer is a tasty shake which is much easier to get down and adds essential calories, allowing you to convert them later into muscle mass.

There is a simple rule to follow if you want to start tipping the scale, and that is to eat more calories than you burn!
