Can I buy from you?

Yes! Being an online retail store we sell to individual customers.

Do you deliver and where?

Yes! We deliver nation wide. For orders above R300 we deliver free of charge. A small delivery fee of R50 will be added to order below R300. Have a look at our complete delivery options.

How long will delivery take?

All orders placed and paid before 15:30 will be sent out the same working day. For most major centres delivery will take place the next working day. Major centres such as Cape Town and outlying areas will take 2 – 3 working days. Have a look at our delivery schedule.

Can I purchase directly from your warehouse?

Yes. You are welcome to purchase directly from our warehouse during our operating hours. We do have card facilities on site and accept cash as well.

How can I pay?

There are three payment options. Secure credit card, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or you can do a Cash Deposit into our account. For EFT payments the proof of payment can be sent to sales@supplementworld.co.za to have your parcel sent out the same day.

How do I order?

Do you have a Reseller or Agent Program?

No. We do however offer discounts based on quantity and brands orders. Send us an email which brands you are interested in and the quantities.

Do you sell bulk raw materials like 1 tone of Whey Protein?

No. We are an online retail store of finished consumer products.

Do you ship internationally?

No. For the present time we only deliver within South Africa.
