Delivered to your door (work or home) by our courier company at no extra cost.

All parcels can be tracked online. Once the order has been processed you will receive a link to track the parcel.

Please note that 3pm is our cut off time: if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, your order is usually delivered the next working day. If ordered after 3pm, your order is usually delivered within 2 working days.

We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays. Delivery takes place Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders under 5kg: Usually delivered within 24 - 48 working hours if ordered before 3pm..

Orders above 5kg (e.g. 5kg mass gainer bucket, several 2kg tubs, etc.): Usually delivered within 48 - 72 working hours if ordered before 3pm.

Free Post Office Shipping (areas other than Johannesburg and Pretoria)

Our Free Post Office Shipping is handled by the Post Office, Counter to Counter. So you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

All parcels can be tracked online. Once the order has been processed you will receive a link to track the parcel.

Parcels can usually be collected within 3 - 5 working days.

The Collection Notification by the Post Office may only be in your letter box a few days after the parcel has arrived at the Post Office. Using the tracking link sent in our shipping email will enable you to collect your parcel even before you have received the notification. Be sure to take your parcel ID number with you which you can also find in our tracking email.
