You can pay with Visa or Mastercard credit cards, Internet Banking or you can make a Cash Deposit.
For Internet Banking and Cash Deposit, once you order the products you will receive an order # and our banking details in a confirmation email. Use the order # as the reference when you make the payment from your Internet Banking or when you go to the bank for the Cash Deposit.
Please send us a payment notification so that we can send out your parcel as soon as possible. Once your payment or payment notification has been received, your order will be shipped. Notifications can be sent to email@example.com or faxed to 086 546 5134.

Not to worry! The account holder's name will be shown in the payment (e.g. J. Smith) so we can match it up with the contact details of the order. In the unlikely event of two J. Smith's ordering the same products on the same day we will contact you to confirm your order.
5 days from the date of the order. If we haven't received your payment after 5 days we will cancel the order and re-stock the products.
Supplement World takes fraud very seriously. We do comprehensive checks on suspected fraudulent orders before they are shipped.
If purchasing for the first time at Supplement World and you use a credit card, your bank may contact you to verify that you made the transaction.
All fraudulent orders will be cancelled and reported to the SAPS, supplying them with the shipping and order details.
