Returns Policy

I changed my mind about a product and want to return it.

You may return any product to us within 14 days of the invoice date provided it is unopened, sealed and in original condition.

Once we have received the product you will be contacted to provide your banking details for the refund of the product only. Any delivery fees that were paid to receive the product will not be refunded.

The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost, or we can arrange to have the product collected at a R30 shipping fee if in a Major Centre or R69 if in an Outlying Area. The collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The product needs to be returned to our warehouse.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?

If you received a damaged or defect product please contact us on 011 524 0345 or send an email to sales@supplementworld.co.za as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

We will arrange a collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the product we will offer you either an exchange for another product (if this product is more expensive than the original one you’ll have to pay the difference, alternatively, if the product is cheaper than the original one we’ll refund the difference) or a full refund of the cost of the product.

Please understand that we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged or defect product.

I received an incorrect product.

If you received an incorrect product please contact us on 011 524 0345 or send an email to sales@supplementworld.co.za as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

We will arrange a collection of the product with our courier provider. Once we have received the wrong product we will send you the correct one immediately.

Please understand that we cannot send out the correct product before we have received the incorrect product.
