• Add 1 rounded teaspoon with a glass filled with 200-400 ml of cold water or fruit juice.

- Been using this product for 3 weeks now (after the loading phase). Reps have increased weekly across the board. Time to up the weights. Recovery time is slightly better than without. Taste as expected. Would buy again.
