- In terms of pump this pre is good...with all the hype of the nootropics and mind enhancing I think they got it wrong...I have had many pre workouts with much lesser doses of these focus ingredients and had a much better experience...maybe the absorbing agents here or the type of caffeine isn't great because with like literally amino energy I get a better dose of focus.
