• Take a single packet every day for 21 straight days.
• On training days, take the packet with the last meal before you work out.
• On off days, just take the packet with any meal.

- INSANE!After the first day of use I could already feel my body's transformation - its actually scary. The second day my body felt like it was recovering from one of the most intense training sessions. You almost always have that good muscle repairing pain.
