- Good proteinI really enjoy the caramel flavour. I use Proven 3 times a day and been helping greatly with my recovery as well as upping my protein in my diet. Mixes well with water and taste great with oats or cream of rice. Will keep on buying Proven and keen to try the other flavours

- Misleading protein claimsI only read the back of the label after I bought this product. Shocked to find out it's protein is nitrogen based, meaning the front of the label is false and misleading. You have no idea of how much protein is actually in this.
