DIRECTIONS FOR USE DAY
• Take 2 capsules with a glass of water two times daily, approximately 20 to 30 minutes before your major meals [breakfast and lunch].
• Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
• Avoid using within 5 hours of bedtime.
To assess individual tolerance refer to the table below:
• Day 1 to 3: 1 capsule, twice a day.
• Day 4 to beyond 2 capsules, twice a day.
