The National Academy of Medicine (NAM) recommends that thirst be your guide in the amount of water you drink per day. They have set approximations of 3.7 litres for the average adult male and 2.7 for females. These numbers do include water from food.
Note that the guides are individual specific and do not account for other factors such as activity level, geographical location, etc.

- FantasticSo delicious! I never drink ANY type of liquid and this flavour motivates me to drink because I love the flavour
Peach & Mango: 10/10 - smells like you just bit into a Peach/nectarine and not overly sweet, no sour taste. No colorant (that I can actually tell)
Granadilla: 5/10 - well it's granadilla very weak flavour have to SQUIRT the bottle to get the same flavour payoff which isn't worth it.
Litchi: 8/10 - definitely tastes like biting into a fresh litchi and it's has a bit of sweet sour to it (if I remember correctly).

- No drops availableHow do you measure 45 servings when you cannot get "drops" out of the container? Its just a stream of juice squirting out, usually to much resulting in you pouring some down the drain or it tastes like you just ate a lemon.
How on earth did you decide on this dispenser?
Pity, because your flavor is actually better than your rivals. -

Taste is great and the bottle is really small, easy to take with on training and biking.
I highly recommend the Watermelon flavor and this product, but be warned... You are about to drink a lot more water with this stuff, it tastes really good.
