This product is made in a facility that uses tree nuts, peanuts, wheat (gluten) and eggs.
• As a food supplement, add approximately 4 level scoops (40 grams) to 250-300 ml cold water, almond milk or fat-free milk in a shaker.
• Shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
• Blending can significantly enhance mouth feel, if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier, combine ingredients using a blender.
• If your shake is too thick, simply add more liquid.
• Using almond or dairy milk instead of water achieves a creamer and tastier end result.
