NPL L-Leucine 5000 contains an essential amino acid that is not produced by the body and needs to be supplemented in the diet.
It is one of three branched - chain amino acids responsible for the maintenance of muscle tissue.
Leucine has been shown in research to be the main potentiator of muscle protein synthesis and may promote muscle recovery and lean gains after training. In addition, leucine supplementation may prevent protein degradation and muscular fatigue associated with intense exercise.
NPL L-Leucine 5000 is best used around weight lifting sessions to get the maximum benefit of the product in triggering muscle recovery and gains.
