The spike in insulin acts as a potent nutrient shuttle getting vital protein, vitamins and minerals to your muscles for recovery and growth.
NPL Dextrose can be used on its own or combined with a Whey Protein Shake to maximize results.
Some athletes suggest first using a serving of dextrose after your training and then 10 – 15 minutes later a serving of a protein shake.
